Resolved Question: is there any way i can finance a house after filing chapter 7 bankruptcy only a year ago?

I have a great new idea/invention. Iam not gona tell you what it is, but its a hi tech home improvement idea/invention. I can asure you that this has never been made before or thought of. The problem is that i do have the idea, i do have a brod perspective on how to build it, but i do not have the reasorses or money to do so. I can make an illustration, a 3D model, but iam affraid that i can only describe what it is and show some pictures. What should i do, this would be a great thing to have around the house, but it would be a bit pricy, so it will be targeting the more wealthy comunity. How can i get any credit for this idea while someone else can actually make it happen?

Open Question: How much does it cost to build or have a home built from the kits like you get at sutherlands?

There are kits you can buy to build your own home that come with everything included, I was just wondering how much it costs to build it?

Open Question: where to keep Pigions?

Hi i am keen in getting two homing pigions but i have no where to keep them. so i am wondering if anyone has any plans of a wee loft that ist very big and would be cheep and easy to build. and also are they like chickens and like grass and walking around or are they more like budgies who mostly perch? I do not have them yey but i need plans so i can build a cage then get them
