Resolved Question: I need something productive to build?

So I've bought Vista Home Premium edition to install with a PC I'm building. I've ordered the $10 64-bit CD that Microsoft forces you to get if you want their 64-bit OS. I want to know if I can install the 32-bit Vista and activate it, and still be able to install and activate the 64-bit software when I'd like to.

Open Question: How to build a house on a loan?

Current home--- HELOC for cash for land loan
Now current home maxed out
50% down on land loan---- Will I get it?
Hold on for dear life.....
Sell house.....
Get construction loan---
Build house---
Get new home loan.

Does this sound like the way it is done?
Any suggestions on a professional tax/realestate/loan attorney?

Resolved Question: I need something productive to build?

I decided to take a year off school after graduating high school and am now starting to regret it. I have nothing to do all day. It's always the same. I wake up in the afternoon, go on the computer and check the daily forums, go to the Y to work out or play basketball, and come home and have nothing to do so I just surf the fucken web doing nothing all day.

I'm thinking about building a project from things like wood.

What do you guys suggest I build? I have a lot of money from my summer job to buy materials, what can I build?
